Lunch for the Fittest! (Day 1)

Potatoes, Carrots and Beans and Peppers and red Sauce 🙂
Cooked by my Dad for me. It was healthier than ever since we have to eat vegetable as much as we eat Meat.
Do we need to eat it with Rice??
Just a little, let say, Half cup of Rice. Why Half? Potatoes are also Packed with carbs, one cup of Potatoes are like one cup of rice, so just imagine it how much carbs you take if it comes with rice.
And also, for Drinks, let us always choose  Water. 🙂
