“Bread with Salmon and Del Monte Orange Pianeapplr Juice”

Bread, it is delicious yes, but you get 14% of saturated fats from it since i used White Bread, Fats and Carbs in the Morning is what we need anyway.
Salmon, its full of proteins since it was made with Garlic and Onions which makes you feel Fuller and Healthier.
Orange Pinaepple Juice. I chose del Monte because its 95% real without any preservatives, it tastes good, Since Orangr gives us Vitamin C.

8 Glasses of water a Day or More can keep you Hydrated from the very heat of the sun. Make your everyday great by eating clean and observing healthiness. šŸ™‚
