Breakfast should be more in Protein, Carbs and Calcium that’s why the picture above is my Proposed Breakfast Today.
Yeah, after the very sweaty Jog, make yourself relax while eating this Banana Cupcake and this soo yummy Milk. You can also have Apples or Bananas as long as it’s a fruit. No Meat this Week guys, Just Plain Healthy. And also try to start now the 8-10 Glasses of Water this morning. 🙂
