Breakfast for the Fittest Day 1 (Bananas in Cornflakes)

it was a very yummy treat! nope not a treat, but a meal! πŸ˜€ yey. i know right, this is really one of the best part of the day, eating Breakfast in a healthier way.
all you need is:
* Banana
*Cornflakes
*Milk
(just make sure that you see the Nutrition Facts before deciding the cornflakes you will use and also the milk.)
it was fun mixing them together because aside from you like Cornflakes in Breakfast, now you’re trying it out with Bananas this time. This is my Breakfast right now, and if you dont mind, i am having some fun eating it.
Let’s go for the nutrition and be healthy all the way.
