WONDERFUL! This idea comes into my mind like months ago, but i can’t come up of any Topics about this, so i think i just made it!
Yeap, im Challenging you guys! Hands up to girls who have problems ruining their belly fats! I also have the same problem as yours since i was born fat and i just can’t resist eating. But then again i still go to the gym and be healthy but there was this times when you can really see you belly fats gone big and wide and your like “what the hell is wrong with my fats?” and your now wondering if “Fat Abnormality” is possible. Well, i don’t have the very perfect solution, but i know something which would help.
I haven’t tried this before, because i wanted to take the challenge WITH YOU, so i might post a Before and After Picture right after im done with this 1 week challenge. Okaay, so, what are the mechanics?? Here it is.
Since it’s hard to control your eating abilities, its good to spare yourself first in foods, i mean foods that are unhealthy.
*THROW AWAY YOUR JUNK FOODS INSIDE YOUR FRIDGE ALL THOSE JUICES THAT YOU KNOW STILL CONTAINS BAD CHEMICALS AND ALL THE PASTRIES YOU ALWAYS KEPT WHO HAS THE GREAT AMOUNT OF SWEETENING CONFECTIONERS.
*FACE THE MIRROR AND TELL YOURSELF THAT YOU’LL BE HONEST, YOU WONT CHEAT, AND YOU WONT EAT THAT MUCH UNLESS IT’S YOUR CHEAT DAY.
*START MOVING TODAY! Yes, today! Not tomorrow not in the near future but today. A person that is lazy everyday dont have any future so better just kill yourself.
*EAT FRUITS, EAT VEGETABLES, NO MEAT THIS TIME, CHICKEN AND PORK ARE OKAY, BUT TRY NOT TO EAT BEEF! Why not eat beef? Because it’s hard to digest which makes your metabolism move slowly. It just makes you eat and eat and eat after.
*DRINK PLENTY AND PLENTY AND PLENTY OF WATER. Yes, drink as much water as you could, water strengthens your metabolism cycle. It’s nice to Drink water every Before Meals.
*ENROL YOURSELF IN A GYM CLASS OR ZUMBA CLASS OR TAE BO CLASS AND DO IT REGULARLY. If you dont like going to the gym regularly, well you can run in 30-40 minutes, it’s not bad, as long as you do your crunches and planking right after.
*DONT SKIP MEALS! Im very strict about this, because whether you like it or not, if you think skipping meals will make you thin well i guess your wrong! Your super wrong! Because skipping meals only makes you eat a lot during your next meal. Like for example, you skipped eating your lunch, so the tendency is when you eat your dinner, you’ll just eat a lot, and eat after that, and that, and your dong it unconsciously, so that’s what makes it.
*WHOLE GRAIN IS BETTER THAN WHOLE WHEAT
*SLEEP FOR ATLEAST 8 HOURS AT NIGHT
*DO FEW CRUNCHES AND SIT UPS RIGHT BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP AT NIGHT.
*ENJOY EVERYTHING YOU DO!MAKE SURE YOUR LOVING WHAT YOUR DOING BECAUSE IF YOU WONT, THEN IT’LL WONT WORK EITHER. πŸ˜€

I’ll be doing the Same Rules guys. So we’ll be doing this together, my waist line is 37, so i think by that you could imagine how fat i am. And by the way, always remember DO THIS FOR YOURSELF, NOT FOR OTHERS BUT FOR YOURSELF.
